You will leave from Parma and cycling along Canale Naviglio you will reach Colorno, known as the “Versailles of the Dukes of Parma”. You will visit a cheese factory to attend the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and a cured pork meat factory to taste Culatello of Zibello, not very popular but with amazing history. Lunch with typical products in authentic, old style restaurant.
