This cooking class is a great combo for real food and bike lovers!
We’ll start early in the morning from a little Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory, to see all the production chain, the different rooms and the huge storage with thousands of wheels inside it!
Then, we’ll enjoy the countryside along low-traffic roads and we’ll reach Torrechiara, where we can admire its stunning castle, and a real Parma rezdora will welcome us in her house. She will teach you her secrets for homemade fresh pasta, how to prepare Tortelli and Torta Fritta.
At lunchtime, we will eat the dishes of your cooking class, together with Parmigiano Reggiano and a selection of cured meats. If you are vegetarian, don’t panic! There is food available for every request and preference!
