The future of agriculture

“Farm to fork” is very often an overused claim. But with this bike tour I want to show you how it is possible to eat organic products in few meters.
We cycle in the Parma countryside to see Parmigiano Reggiano being made in a beautiful, recently renovated farmhouse. After that we will go to see the cow farm for the production of our cheese a few meters from the dairy.
We will return to the farmhouse to go and collect the products directly from the fields that will be cooked by the chef following the seasonality, authenticity and environmental sustainability: farm to fork!
