After you will pedal on one of most beautiful Parma’s bike lane to arrive in one of the biggest organic snails’ breeding farm in Italy and then you will arrive in a typical restaurant to eat “Spalla cotta di San Secondo” and “Spalla cruda di Palasone”… both made with the pork’s shoulder (cook and raw).
